Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Training Courses
The aim of our training is to help practitioners who work or would like to work with asylum seekers under a Legal Aid Agency contract in Immigration and Asylum. It is necessary to register with the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation scheme and we aim to assist with all the different aspects you will need to be confident in dealing with.
There are four different stages of membership:
- Level 1 – Accredited
- Level 2 – Senior caseworker
- Level 2 – Supervisor
- Level 3 (Advanced) – Supervisor.
We cannot give advice on which membership you should choose. This can be found on the Law Society website.
